How fast will I hear back?

What should I prepare before I get in touch?
Just your material type, target fineness, capacity and contact details. If you can add material hardness, moisture and target market, the engineer can give you a more accurate line proposal.
What fineness and capacity can a StoneX line reach?
Our lines run 150–3000 mesh (down to D97 ≤ 5 µm on the finest setups) at 0.2–20 t/h, depending on material and target. The SX-60 / SX-80 / SX-100 / SX-125 mills cover the range — we size the plant around your business case, not only the machine.
Can I run a material test before I decide?
Yes. Send a sample or let us collect one on site, and we produce finished powder for you to inspect, with a test report and samples delivered — you see the finished product before you buy, for a zero-risk decision.
What is the typical lead time and what does delivery include?
A complete line is engineered to order, so lead time depends on configuration. Delivery is turnkey: line design, equipment supply, on-site assembly and commissioning, operator training, then spares and repair afterwards — one accountable team end to end.
Do you support overseas projects, training and after-sales?
Yes. Our lines run in 20+ countries; installation, operator training and after-sales are covered by the same team, remote plus on-site. Overseas inquiries can come through the form or WhatsApp.
